In this paper, we analyze the current context about mobile applications and web applications and the convergence that is forecast. We analyze the technical ways and associated impacts to interconnect mobile IMS Services with Web applications and then we try to identify some of the mains functions of multimedia IMSWeb Gateways depending on the uses cases they ensure.
